Why don't grown-up girls wear floral more often? Kiddies frolic around in flower patterns throughout grade school, but at some point in life, the petaled print disappears like week-old roses.
How do you wear floral without looking like you're on your way to a garden party? I like tossing on beat-up leather belts with my sweetest flowery dresses. It makes me feel like I just stepped out of a Ralph Lauren advertisement. And I kind of like it.

I love floral prints! An easy way to add some edge is to wear gladiator heels. Or something studded. Or a rocker chick blazer! I've never tried wearing them with leather belts, but I must, it's a very cute look.
I wear florals a lot, and Im Seventeen.. I think its a norm around here.. I see middle aged woman in florals too, at daytime!!

I love ditzy florals! I've been rocking a vintage 90's floral dress w/beaten up Frye boots from the 60's. I'm still in love w/your fun backgrounds!!!

I actually really like floral dresses, if tastefully done.
In fact, some look very, very Parisian chic.
Plus, they're fresh and youthful and make me look like the 15 year old that I am. Cinch it in with a narrow belt like yourself, and voila! Summer-day fabulosity.
